The four parameters designated in this figure were not influenced by the duration of the experiment in the 10 kg/m3 group, which appeared to maintain the best physical condition during the experiment. The first sign of an aggravated physical condition was an increase in plasma cortisol concentration and an increase in somatic ATP content and decrease in ATP synthase (AST) transcription levels. Thereafter, the ATP content and lysozyme activity decreased.
